By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, which form a binding contract with Mr Reward, LLC, a Texas limited liability company.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Mr Reward provides a digital loyalty and rewards platform for participating Businesses.
Users can earn and redeem Loyalty Rewards (“points” or “visits”) at those Businesses through QR codes or registered phone numbers.
Mr Reward does not process payments or financial transactions.
Users register with a valid phone number. You are responsible for maintaining accurate information and securing your account.
If a Business assigns points to a phone number before account creation, those points may appear upon registration.
Points and rewards are managed by participating Businesses.
Mr Reward does not guarantee the value, availability, or redemption of any reward.
Businesses may modify or discontinue their offers at any time.
Businesses using Mr Reward agree to:
Mr Reward, LLC is not responsible for disputes, inaccuracies, or losses arising between Businesses and Users.
The Service may send automated push notifications or messages, including promotions, inactivity reminders, or birthday campaigns (“Smart Campaigns”).
By using the app, you consent to receive these communications, which you can disable in device settings
Some Business pages—such as services, pricing, or menus—are accessible via QR code without requiring an account.
These pages are informational only and do not involve payment collection.
Users may optionally subscribe to a Business by entering their phone number on these pages. Subscribing allows that Business to assign Loyalty Rewards and send related offers or reminders through Mr Reward.
By subscribing, you consent to receive such communications, which you can opt out of at any time.
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, reverse engineer, or attempt to manipulate point balances.
Accounts engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior may be suspended or terminated.
All Service Content is owned by Mr Reward, LLC or its respective owners.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written permission.
Your phone number and usage data are used solely to operate and improve the Service.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Mr Reward, LLC makes no warranties regarding reliability, accuracy, or availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mr Reward, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
You waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
